• To cook directly over heat, please use the heat distributor piece included in the package ad start with low heat. Temperature should be increased gradually if needed. Please don’t use it with high heat even with the heat distributer piece.
• Don’t place the empty directly on fire, add the food to be cooked first and
• Please avoid sudden heat changes. Once you take out of the freezer, please wait until it reaches to room temperature.
• Don’t add hot water to cold pot or cold water to hot pot.
• Please hold the hot pot with a dry towel/heat resistance fabric. Don’t use a wet towel/fabric.
• Don’t place on very hot or cold surface.

We offer a  15-day hassle free return and refund policy for all of our products . All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories. Crafty Kitchen  reserves the right to not issue a refund at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
